feat(badges): реальные фото бейджей из PDF-брендбука

- Извлечены 2 фото (стр.12 PDF): лицевая (белый бейдж с ФИО) и оборотная (магнитное крепление)
- Убран CSS-макет, добавлены реальные фото с описанием
- Добавлен пример из брендбука (Лебединская Е.А.)
